Refund & Return Policy
At Allomart, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged or broken
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
